You can't use any USB Device on Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0. Because neither Windows 95 nor Windows NT 4.0 supports USB Device.

2. How can I make USB bar bootable?


First of all, you have to make sure that your motherboard can support boot from usb mobile disk (check your BIOS). Second, use enclosed utility to make your USB Bar bootable.
